What if I already have a CRM?
That's fine, most owners do. On your onboarding call we look at what you're using and what's worth keeping. Chat To Clients CRM often replaces a few separate tools, and it's not uncommon for us to find savings in systems owners already pay for but don't use.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We build it with you on the calls and show you how to use it. If you can use email and your phone, you'll be fine.
What do I need to do each week?
A two-minute check-in of your four numbers in Momentum Coach (leads, new clients, quoted value, invoiced value), the follow-up the system puts in front of you, and the weekly Momentum Call when you can make it. You still make the calls. The system tells you who and when.
How long until I see results?
Honestly, it depends on your market, your offer and how consistently you work the system. What we can commit to is the build: your system is installed in 30 days if you do your part.
The quickest wins tend to come from following up people you've already spoken to, because there's money in the database. We won't promise a number or a date.
Can I leave?

Can I talk to John before I start?
Yes. and bring your questions. We'll look at where your business is, what you want from the next 12 months, and whether the Growth Engine is the right fit. If it isn't, we'll tell you.
Is there a guarantee?
No. Results depend on work only you can do, so we won't pretend otherwise. What we offer instead is the 30-day shared commitment: we install your system in 30 days. Your part: the onboarding form, your logins, and three calls. Do your part and we'll do ours.
