Why I built it

I run this system on my own pages, every morning.

I’m John Bellamy, founder of Chat To Clients. I’ve been in business since 1999, and most of the owners I work with are doing between $100K and $1M a year and still answering the phone themselves.

I built the Daily Story System for my own Stories first. They go out at 5am every day on Instagram and Facebook, written in advance, so showing up doesn’t depend on how my morning goes.

Then I turned it into a version any service owner can run. Same thinking we install for clients: create the system, then work the system.

Do I need to be a good writer?+
No. You answer questions about your business in your own words. Claude does the writing, and you change anything that doesn’t sound like you.
Can I use it more than once?+
Yes, as often as you like. Run it each month for a fresh set of 30, or recycle the Stories you already have. A Story is gone after 24 hours, so your best ones can go out again every month.
Do I have to post them myself?+
No. Connect your Chat To Clients CRM to Claude once (the install video shows you how) and Claude schedules all 30 in your Social Planner. If your Claude has the Chrome extension, it uploads the images too. Otherwise you drag one folder of images into the CRM and Claude does the rest.
What is the Chat To Clients CRM?+
It’s the CRM we set up for service businesses, built on the HighLevel platform. It handles your social posting, enquiries, follow-up and bookings in one place. Your order includes a free 30-day trial, and you choose whether to start it after checkout.
Do I need the Chat To Clients CRM?+
No, but it’s the easiest way. In the CRM your Stories repeat on their own every month. Already on HighLevel? It works with your own account too. Without either, Claude can schedule them in Meta Business Suite using Claude in Chrome on a paid Claude plan, or you can post them yourself.
Do I need a paid Claude account?+
No. Skills work on Claude’s free plan as well as the paid plans, and so does scheduling into your Chat To Clients CRM. You need code execution switched on in settings, and the install video shows you where. Scheduling through Meta Business Suite needs a paid plan, because it uses Claude in Chrome.
Do I have to be in the photos?+
No. Use your own photo, or a brand style with your colours and logo and no photo at all.
Which platforms is it for?+
Instagram and Facebook Stories. The images are made in the vertical Story size, ready to upload.
How long does it take?+
Most of the time goes into answering the questions properly. Set aside an hour for your first month. The next month is quicker, because the skill already knows your business.
